Dear Readers,

two days later than hoped I now finally to, some pictures from the Azores and choose again to type a few lines. The last days were for me Turbulent. Since I always reach mails “WHAT the hell happened???” – “Why are you already at home???” – But now I must explain again some things.

First of all, nothing bad happened, what would you call me home. Egi and I have not fought about, so I – so fast it was possible – das Boot verlassen habe 😉 Nein, we got along well! I walked slowly out of time. Germany had many appointments, waiting. In August, I have one more month internship at YACHT in Hamburg before me (I am very pleased to!) and at 6. August with a lecture on my Atlantic Travel “Maverick” – punctually at the Hanse Sail in a bookstore in Warnemünde (Seagull Bookstore, Seestraße 5, Warnemünde). Also 50. My mother's birthday and my friend pulled me back home. I had already written in the U.S., Cati that suddenly was hospitalized, what the entire Atlantic crossing duly gnawed at me. Cares of such a trip can be quite long. Now she is – Thank God! – a bit better. Above all, it was also the wedding of my two best friends, George and Irene, living in Krefeld on their boat (I have the two in YACHT 2/09 portrays), I did not want to miss. The celebration took place last weekend in the Port of Krefeld. The most beautiful wedding, that I have ever experienced, with the greatest force, which you can think of. We really had a nice time. That it was worth, skipping the remaining miles and to explain again and again, why the trip has not ended so, as it should. But since I had to set priorities.

Ultimately just had all my money. I often read in the Sailing Forums, everyone to think, I would be through book and talks to a rich man. Nice it would. To life as a student, it has just enough Sun, live from one lecture to the next, But by saving a new boat for new larger travel together, I'm not in hinbekommen.
